Fortunately for me, this arrived on the hottest day of summer. The inner dress has smooth and cool texture, the outer robes are floaty and diaphanous. Even when worn all together it is slightly see through, so it would be advisable to wear another layer underneath. The colours are slightly different than pictured- instead of grey, the beizi is a bright sea green and the dress a minty sea foam (even more beautiful, in my opinion).
I am 158cm and ordered a medium. The outer dress just about touches the top of my feet (which is correct), but the inner dress is much shorter than anticipated, reaching my lower calf when it should be ankle length. This, I think is due to the some of ties being too high, reducing the length by about 5cm. Also, the beizi is much shorter than advertised, it is only 104cm (should be 116), but it is hardly noticeable.
Overall, this hanfu has a very comfortable and relaxed feel to it, making it ideal for lounging around home or walking around in public gardens; by the sea; the river, lakeside or anywhere beautiful. It is so light that on a windy day it streams out behind you. The only drawback is the thinness and delicacy of the fabric, as it may snag or tear easily.
This came with a gift of two black plastic hairpins and two sheets of huadian tattoos. Shipping took 6 weeks to NZ.

This is exactly what I wanted. My sister had something similar from China and couldn’t find it.
It’s so nice and lightweight…a little stretchy…feels as though it’s a stretchy chiffon. The robe is just really structured very nicely…the length is absolutely perfect, too..not too short, not too long. I love it!

I love the fabric, it is very comfortable and smooth, (you maybe do not like this fabric if you often wear cotton clothes）. Also, the shipping is so fast, delivered in 8 days (I live in London and the package was sent from Hong Kong).
Anyway, I love it (so cheap price and free shipping)! if you want a wuxia style cosplay costume, just buy it.

I was very excited for this dress, however I was a little disappointed. I did not get the color described, my dress is a light blue. Not an ugly color, just not what I wanted and offered. I expected it to be a little longer, because I’m 5’2, but it’s an alright fit above the ankles. I also thought the material would be nicer, but it does feel cheap. Sigh* I will not return because I don’t want to go through the whole process again.

I’ve had excellent results with other orders from this site, so I was surprised to receive something that didn’t look at all like the pictures. The fabric is visibly different in texture and color and made from the kind of cheap polyester I associate with US Halloween costumes. One of the ties is missing. The cut and sewing are poor quality. It’s just not anything I’d feel good about wearing even in the privacy of my residence.

This hanfu is so pretty and comfortable. It’s light weight and flows. I am a size 8 medium. 36 D and 5 ‘6, and ordered a large, fit well. I honestly love this dress. I am thinking about ordering more.
