All orders would be suspended until we resume shipping on Feb. 20!
Usually, we need 2-3 working days to process the order, after the package is sent out, the tracking number from the Shipping Provider (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or USPS) will be synchronized to our Tracking System in 1-2 working days.
And due to the global epidemic, there may have an additional 2-5 business days delay when the package ship to some countries and regions.
If your order’s tracking number was still not updated after 7 days (one week), or you can’t see the tracking result, please contact us directly through the Order Confirmation Email, and our support team will help to check the order’s status and the package’s location for you.
