EU & UK VAT
EU VAT: Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees.
UK VAT: Effective Jan 1, 2021, a 20% value-added tax (VAT) that must be collected for all goods entering the United Kingdom (UK).
This online shop does NOT collect VAT at checkout so you will be charged by customs upon the goods entering your country. These added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value.
Note: Not all packages will be charged Tax, please check your local customs official website for the latest policy. Once the package has incurred a tax fee, please pay the bill (the logistics provider will contact you and provide the details) as soon as possible, if you refuse to pay tax, or it has not been processed for more than 30 days, then the package will be destroyed in accordance with local policy.

Our orders usually take 7-15 business days to arrive at their destination – depending mainly on the product and destination.
Our products are prepared for shipment after the orders are made, therefore usually have a 3-5 business day processing time before leaving the warehouse. Most of our products are shipped from our facilities overseas, taking 7-15 business days to reach their destination once they are processed.
However, you can be assured that we do everything in our power to get the items to you as quickly as possible, and you will find that in many cases you will receive your new items quicker than this.
In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all the shipping information you provide is correct and accurate.
All of the orders have tracking codes, which are provided via email as soon as the products are shipped.
In some instances which are not under our control, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., shipping times may take longer.
If your shipping address is a remote address (confirmed by the logistics provider), then we will contact you to pay the additional remote shipping bill, otherwise the package will not start shipping.
Of course, if you feel that the remote shipping cost is unaffordable, we can ask the logistics provider to call back the package and at the same time, we will cancel your order and offer a 100% refund for you.

If for any reason, shipping time takes longer than 30 business days to arrive, we will give you a full refund for the product should you decide to return it once arrives, or send you a new item at no extra cost (or shipping cost, when applicable).
In cases that are not under our control and shipping takes longer than expected, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., if you decide to return the item, the return shipping cost is not refunded.

If applicable, the final shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout process – after entering your shipping address and before you commit to the pay.
