I would say to go up a size. I ordered a medium, being 161cm tall, bust 92cm and waist 72cm. The coat fit fine; as did the skirt, mostly, once I figured out how to put it on (wasn't expecting the hole for the waistband to go through to be located at the middle of my back!) as I'm more accustomed to the two-piece mamianqun and not modernised one-pieces.
However, where it falls very short is the shirt. The size guide says 133cm chest, however when I laid the shirt flat, with a bit of gap between the collar even, the measurement only came up to 106cm, matching the coat. Except well, it's a cross-collar shirt. When I tied everything up on myself, the ties only just fit, or were a bit short actually, as the skirt waistband didn't end up covering the ties on the shirt. I could pull up the skirt a bit of course, but then the skirt length looks too short. So all in all, assuming the rest of the size guide is correct, I probably should have gotten a large. Even if I'm closer to 160cm than 170cm...and NewHanfu size guides tends to be +/-...
