They are so pretty and the shoe inserts are soft. I’m a US size 7.5 and I measured my feet according to their chart before choosing size 245 mm but it’s still small. My toes were so cramped that my big toe was bending sideways towards my other toes to fit the shoes. However, after contacting them, they were willing to send me a size 250 mm if I paid for the shipping service. Size 250 mm was the perfect fit for me so if you want to order these shoes, definitely order half a size up even if it seems like your size will fit.

They do run a bit small and I already needed the biggest available size so I couldn't size up anymore but its okay still.

I love these flats, the embroidery is beautiful. I wear a US 5/5.5 and decided to size up to 36 or 230mm. I am very glad I did, as they fit great and are super comfortable.
