FAQs
1. Can I choose a certain style or color?
No. Lucky Pack is similar to a lottery, and you just need to choose the size.
2. Can I apply for a refund if I don’t like the style opened in the Lucky Pack?
No. All Lucky Packs do not support refunds. If the package is damaged or lost in shipping, we will resend a new one.
3. Why is the price of the lucky bag so cheap?
Because we use economical and low-tax (or tax-free ) shipping methods for the lucky package, and of course, the delivery time will be delayed by about one week compared to the standard shipping.
4. What is the estimated time of delivery?
Usually, the package will be delivered in 10-20 business days.
5. Is there any quality difference in the lucky bag?
No. All the clothes in the lucky bags are brand new and quality guaranteed.
6. Can I buy 2 or More packs at a time?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of purchases.
7. If I purchase several packs, will I get the same style?
Yes, it is possible. No one knows what style is in the pack, so you may get the same style when you open different packages. To avoid that, you can choose another style Lucky Pack or wait for the next month to buy the same style again.
Edit: I searched up the guard robe online to see how to style it and it’s meant to be the length it is. (Which makes sense since guards need to be able to move more freely than those 大小姐and公子们。)
Got Dragon Guard and Song Chivalry. They are unisex and I love all aspect of them except that Dragon Guard is shorter than expected despite that I ordered in the usual size that I do on this website.
So Customer Support got back to me and re-sent #4(!?) to me in the correct M size this time. And it’s wonderful, because I loved #4 when I was sent it originally, except that a L size meant the skirt was far too long. I wasn’t expecting NewHanfu to send the exact same design as this is a lucky bag item, but am super grateful that they did!
It’s great, and I love it 😀
Ordered a M, received a L 🙁 Received #4, which is awesome, as that was on my wishlist, actually? But, the sizing… May or may not be okay, I’m not sure. But I’ll wait for Customer Support to get back to me before opening the pack, as it’s doubtful I’d be able to repackage it up as nicely, if I have to return it or something.
A surprise birthday gift for my dad, he is so happy with it. Thanks newhanfu
So excited about what I received, LOVE it! Really like this lucky project.
#5 Handsome and comfortable.
Great price & high quality, I bought two lucky packages, one style I do not like the color, but it doesn’t matter, I gave it to my little bro, and he really like this gift. LOL!!!
Got NO.4 pack, everthing is great so far, shipping time is a little slower, but considering its price, it is completely acceptable.
